I understand sometimes things do not fit the way they are needed to - no matter how well you measure your child for the size charts - and I am happy to exchange sizes for you. However, we do not accept exchanges for new prints. You’re RD piece must be exchanged for the same piece that was ordered.
EXCHANGE REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL (email@example.com) 3 DAYS AFTER CONFIRMED USPS DELIEVERY.
All exchanges must be sent back UNWORN & in the original packaging. **Please note - the bonus bags sent with your order are yours to keep & DO NOT need to be sent back with your skirt.**
Once your packages have been picked up by USPS and shipped, the package is no longer my responsibility. It is the best to call their customer service, contact your local office, and request text updates on their tracking website.
However, I am happy to help as much as I can. USPS can be tricky to deal especially over the holiday seasons & I am not afraid to get a little bossy with them if needed.
